Meet Josh
ST. CLOUD, FL + CENTRAL FLORIDA
-
I grew up on Long Island and got into photography in high school after a friend introduced me to it. That was over ten years ago now, and photography has been part of my life ever since. Eventually, that turned into Josh Ardle Photography in 2018.
Over the years, I’ve photographed a little bit of everything, but weddings, couples, and families are still what I care about most. Becoming a dad changed the way I look at this work too. Life moves fast, and so much of it only happens once. I want people to have something to look back on years later and remember not just what it looked like, but what it felt like to be there.

St. Cloud has become a pretty great home base for me. I love that Central Florida gives you a little bit of everything, from open fields and lakes to gardens, more urban spots, and places that feel completely different from one another.
That variety keeps things interesting and gives every session a chance to feel like its own thing.

Outside of photography, I’m pretty simple. Family comes first. After that, give me something to cook, something to fix, or a reason to be outside. I’m love hunting, fishing, working on cars, and taking on projects around the house.
I’ve always liked learning as I go and figuring things out for myself. Most of the time, I’d rather be doing something than sitting still.
-
I’m pretty laid back, and I want the experience to feel that way too. I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I’m not interested in controlling every second or forcing moments that aren’t there.
My job is to keep things moving, help you feel comfortable, and pay attention to what’s actually happening around me. You don’t need to know what to do in front of the camera. That part is on me.
“Josh is a talented photographer. He has such an artistic eye, as we wanted candid pictures that captured the romantic, warm feel of the day. He completely exceeded our expectations!”
